ALIVE Partners(以下簡稱「本服務」)重視您的隱私。本政策說明我們如何收集、使用及保護您的個人資料,適用於我們的網頁應用程式及未來推出的原生行動應用程式。

1. 我們收集的資料

當您使用 ALIVE 時,我們可能會收集以下資料:

帳號資訊: 電子郵件地址、密碼(加密儲存)、姓名、電話號碼、國家及城市。
精確地理位置(GPS): 這是本服務的核心功能。我們在您進行平安報備或發送 SOS 時收集您的位置座標。若您開啟「即時位置分享」功能,您的好友將能在地圖上看到您的位置。
緊急聯絡人資訊: 您手動輸入的緊急聯絡人姓名、關係及電話號碼。此資料僅在您發出 SOS 時向您的互助圈成員公開。
醫療與住宿資訊: 您自願填寫的血型、過敏史、飯店名稱及地址。此資料僅在您發出 SOS 時向您的互助圈成員公開,以協助緊急救援。
裝置與使用資訊: 裝置語言、時區、推播通知識別碼(用於發送緊急通知)。
邀請碼資訊: 您的專屬邀請碼及您成功邀請的用戶數量。

2. 定位權限說明

重要: 本服務在以下情況收集您的位置資訊:
  • 您點擊「我現在平安」按鈕時
  • 您手動或系統自動發送 SOS 求救訊號時
  • 您開啟「即時位置分享」功能時(可隨時在設定中關閉)

您可以在手機設定中隨時關閉定位權限。關閉後,SOS 功能將無法附帶位置資訊,可能影響緊急救援效果。

3. 推播通知

本服務使用推播通知來傳送以下重要訊息:

  • 您的好友發出 SOS 緊急求救時的警報
  • 您未在預定時間報備的提醒通知
  • 系統自動觸發的安全狀態更新

我們使用 Progressier 作為推播服務提供商。您可以在裝置設定中隨時關閉推播通知,但這可能影響緊急警報的接收。

4. 資料共享

我們僅在以下情況共享您的資料:

  • 您的互助圈成員: 您的位置、安全狀態,以及在 SOS 狀態下的醫療和住宿資訊,將與您加入的互助圈成員共享。
  • 服務提供商: Google Firebase(資料儲存)、Progressier(推播通知)。這些服務商依合約只能用於提供服務,不得另作他用。

我們絕不將您的個人資料或位置紀錄出售給廣告商或任何第三方機構。

5. 資料儲存與安全性

我們使用 Google Firebase 作為雲端存儲服務,資料儲存於安全的伺服器。所有傳輸皆經過 SSL/TLS 加密,符合國際安全標準,以防止未經授權的存取。

6. 兒童隱私

本服務不適用於 13 歲以下的兒童。我們不會故意收集未成年人的個人資料。若您發現未成年人使用本服務,請聯繫我們。

7. 您的權利

  • 存取權: 您可以查看我們持有的關於您的資料。
  • 更正權: 您可以在個人資料頁面更新您的資訊。
  • 刪除權: 您可以要求刪除您的帳號及所有相關資料,請聯繫 admin@alive.partners。一旦執行,所有定位紀錄、個人資料將從伺服器永久移除。
  • 撤回同意: 您可以隨時在裝置設定中關閉定位權限或推播通知。

8. 政策變更

我們可能會不定期更新本隱私權政策。重大變更將透過 app 通知或電子郵件告知您。繼續使用本服務即表示您接受最新版本的政策。

Privacy Policy

ALIVE Partners ("the Service") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. It applies to our web application and any future native mobile applications.

1. Data We Collect

When using ALIVE, we may collect the following:

Account Information: Email address, password (encrypted), name, phone number, country and city.
Precise Location (GPS): This is the core feature of the Service. We collect your GPS coordinates when you check in or trigger an SOS. If you enable "Live Location Sharing," your friends will be able to see your location on the map.
Emergency Contact Information: Names, relationships, and phone numbers of emergency contacts you manually enter. This data is only shared with your Safe Circle when you trigger an SOS.
Medical & Stay Information: Blood type, allergies, hotel name, and address that you voluntarily provide. This is only shared with your Safe Circle during an SOS to assist emergency responders.
Device & Usage Information: Device language, timezone, and push notification identifier (used to deliver emergency alerts).
Invite Code Information: Your unique invite code and the number of users you have successfully referred.

2. Location Permission

Important: We collect your location in the following situations:
  • When you tap the "I Am Safe" check-in button
  • When you manually or automatically trigger an SOS alert
  • When you enable "Live Location Sharing" (can be turned off in settings at any time)

You may revoke location permissions in your device settings at any time. Doing so will prevent location data from being included in SOS alerts, which may affect emergency response.

3. Push Notifications

We use push notifications to deliver the following critical messages:

  • Emergency SOS alerts when a friend in your Safe Circle needs help
  • Reminders when you have not checked in at a scheduled time
  • Automatic safety status updates triggered by the system

We use Progressier as our push notification provider. You may disable notifications in your device settings at any time, but this may affect your ability to receive emergency alerts.

4. Data Sharing

We only share your data in the following circumstances:

  • Your Safe Circle Members: Your location, safety status, and during SOS — your medical and accommodation information — are shared with members of your Safe Circle.
  • Service Providers: Google Firebase (data storage) and Progressier (push notifications). These providers are contractually bound to use data only for service delivery.

We will NEVER sell your personal data or location history to advertisers or any third party.

5. Data Security

We use Google Firebase for cloud storage. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS and stored securely to prevent unauthorized access, in compliance with international security standards.

6. Children's Privacy

This Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor is using this Service, please contact us.

7. Your Rights

  • Right to Access: You may request to view the data we hold about you.
  • Right to Correct: You may update your information via the Profile settings page.
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting admin@alive.partners. Upon deletion, all location records and personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may revoke location permissions or disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
